High-Performance Plate from Our 110-Inch Mill
We hot-roll and anneal ATI 425® Alloy in plate form from our 110-inch mill at ATI’s Specialty Plate Operations. ATI 425® Alloy plate is available in thicknesses ranging from 0.25 to 2.1 inches. It is produced to the requirements of the AMS 6946 specification and routinely meets the AMS 4911 minimum mechanical property requirements for Ti-6Al-4V plate products. In some cases it also meets the AMS 4911 minimum requirements for Ti-6Al-4V plate products.
