Dale Reid became Senior Vice President, Finance and Principal Financial Officer in August 2010. Mr. Reid is responsible for the Company's world-wide accounting, treasury, tax, and internal audit functions. Previously, he served as Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, and Treasurer from December 2003 to August 2010.

Mr. Reid joined the Company as a Senior Staff Accountant in 1981. He became Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer for Allegheny Teledyne upon the closing of the Allegheny Ludlum-Teledyne combination in 1996. Before the combination, he had been Controller and Chief Accounting Officer for Teledyne since 1993. In September 2000 he was named Vice President, Finance for Allegheny Ludlum, an Allegheny Technologies company. In December 2000, he became Vice President, Controller, for Allegheny Technologies.
