Terry Dunlap has served as Group President, ATI Flat-Rolled Products
since October 2008 and as Business Unit President of ATI Allegheny Ludlum since November 2002. Prior to that,
he served as Vice President, Procurement and Chief Information Officer of the Company with responsibility for
procurement, logistics and information technology from November 2001 to November 2002. Mr. Dunlap joined the Company over 25 years ago
and has held numerous positions.
