David M. Hogan

Dave Hogan has served as Group President, Engineered Products, since April 1, 2007. Mr. Hogan also served
as ATI Metalworking Products Business Unit President from 1997 to June 2010. Prior to that, Mr. Hogan served in various positions with
management, sales, marketing and operational responsibility since joining the Company in 1976.
